Handmade cabinetry

An appreciation of the finer details.True luxury lies in the quality of what is made, the integrity of the materials and the precision of the hands that shape them.At Shaker & May, our approach to bespoke cabinetry is rooted in traditional craftsmanship, with every element thoughtfully designed and meticulously handcrafted in our Frome workshop. From the natural grain of solid timber to the intricacy of a dovetail joint, each detail reflects a commitment to creating cabinetry that is as enduring as it is beautiful. These are the details that define a piece beyond its appearance. The quiet expressions of skill, care and considered design that bring depth and character to a kitchen, long after the first impression has been made.Made by hand. Designed to endure.#ShakerAndMay #BespokeKitchens #ExceptionalCraftsmanship #LuxuryInteriors #MadeInBritain — The care is in the construction, as much as the finish.

Beyond the first impression

Details you’ll appreciate every day.

From storage planned around your routines to the natural grain of timber, the smallest decisions shape how a kitchen feels to use. We bring practical thinking and traditional craftsmanship together, with dovetail and tenon joints and cabinetry made specifically for your space.
